Majority of the cost goes towards accommodation, food, and facilitated tours. As facilitators we’ve included a very small % towards compensation for our time.

FAQs
How do I pay?
We’ll share exact payment details with accepted participants, but in general: We can receive bank transfers in multiple currencies (e.g. USD, THB, IDR and others). Payment in Crypto is also acceptable.
When is payment due?
We prefer a 100% payment on acceptance. We have to pay the venue and other providers in advance. We offer a 15% discount for payments made before May 1 for instance. Payment plans may be possible reach out to us with your context.
What is your refund policy?
Deposits and fees are generally non‑refundable if you cancel. If we are able to fill your spot from the waitlist, we may offer a partial refund or credit, but this cannot be guaranteed. If we cancel or significantly change the dates, we will offer: A full refund, or The option to roll your payment to a future edition.
